On Saturday and Sunday, May 28-29, 2022, family cadre training will be held as a briefing for the Family Posyandu later. The training was held in the office hall of Kayangan Subdistrict, North Lombok Regency and was attended by representatives of cadres from 6 villages and was divided into 2 waves, where the first day was attended by Posyandu Cadres from 3 villages, namely Salut Village, Kayangan Village, and Santong Mulia Village by presenting 30 cadre representatives from 6 posyandus on the first day.Sadangkan on the second day was attended by 30 representatives of Posyandu Cadres from 3 villages, namely Santong Village, Pansor Village, and Sesait Village.
Participants were selected in the training with consideration of experience and so far in the village they have faced the most cases of disease from data obtained from the Santong and Kayangan Health Centers as verifiers so that they get priority and deeper assistance. The training materials provided include assessments of indicators of family health and family status, human and family life cycles, infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, and cross-sectoral advocacy, all of which are given online. In the training, the family cadre module is also socialized as a guide for mentoring to the community.Dr. Fitriana Murriya and dr. Noor Afif as a speaker in the training invited cadres to dare to intervene, so that the continuation of the next research further enriched the results and findings that will be carried out in June to September 2022.
After the training, YSI together with FKKMK UGM will monitor, supervise the implementation of the materials provided, as well as further training in the form of data processing training (June), preparation of intervention plans and synergies between parties (July), assistance to families (August), as well as assistance, monitoring, and evaluation of Family Posyandu in September.
