On Thursday (31/04/22) at the Tiu Teja shop, Pansor Village, retraining was held for 28 cadres from four posyandu in the village. The training was provided with a focus on filling out and documenting family forms or “family folders”. This family form is used as an important tool for monitoring family health. The form to be filled in does not only contain conditions but can also contain important notes for referrals to the puskesmas or hospital if there are health cases that must be handled immediately.
The training was attended by Promkes staff, PTM Programmers and PJ Essential as resource persons as well as representatives from the Santong Health Center and Mr. Syahdan Ilyas as representatives of Pansor Village. The presence of stakeholder representatives is a form of support for the family posyandu program in the village of Santong so that it becomes a concern for all parties.
In addition to filling out and documenting family forms, education on communicable and non-communicable diseases and how to communicate or dialogue with the community when they want to know their health condition is also carried out. There is an interesting dialogue in the practice of dialogue with the community regarding the correct use of equipment, handling patients to questions related to how to handle infant and toddler patients and analyzing the target of stunting toddlers.
