Strengthening Civil Society Organizations

The Civil Society Organization Strengthening Program aims to enhance organizational capacity to promote good governance, accountability, and sustainability. The program is implemented through training, mentoring, organizational systems strengthening, leadership development, and capacity building in advocacy, collaboration, and program management. Through these efforts, civil society organizations are better equipped to provide more effective services and contribute meaningfully to the communities they serve.
