In response, the Leadership for Change Scholarship (BLFC) organized a webinar titled “Self-Care Amid Multiple Responsibilities” on 24 February 2026, featuring Gisella Tani Pratiwi, M.Psi., Psychologist, as the speaker.
Through reflective sessions and interactive discussions, participants explored the importance of maintaining mental health, recognizing personal boundaries, and developing self-care strategies while managing different responsibilities. The session emphasized that self-care is an essential part of sustaining leadership and social work.
