Noviyanti Fahdilla

Noviyanti Fahdilla is a KPKP staff member with more than 1.5 years of experience in primary healthcare and public health. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health with a specialization in Health Behavior and Health Promotion. She has experience in implementing community-based health programs, health promotion, health education, as well as qualitative and quantitative research. In addition, she is experienced in data collection and analysis, community facilitation, field activity monitoring, report writing, and program document development using participatory and community needs-based approaches.

Curative and Rehabilitative Health Staff

In her professional work, Noviyanti is proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ATLAS.ti, and STATA to support data processing, research analysis, report preparation, and program documentation. She also has experience in health promotion, community behavior change, development of educational media and materials, basic qualitative and quantitative research, community mentoring, multi-stakeholder coordination, and the implementation of health and disaster-related programs that support community resilience and community-based health systems strengthening.


Currently, Noviyanti serves as a KPKP staff member at Yayasan SHEEP Indonesia. In this role, she is responsible for implementing and facilitating community-based primary healthcare programs, coordinating field activities, monitoring and evaluating programs, and preparing reports and activity documentation. Throughout her work, she has supported various training activities, socialization programs, health education initiatives, and community capacity strengthening efforts in assisted areas. She has also contributed to the development of disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, health promotion, and community resilience programs.
