Our Team

Kristina
Kristina holds academic qualifications in Nursing, Medical Records, and a Master’s degree in Public Health from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Her academic background has supported her work in managing various community-based health programs in a contextual manner and in alignment with local needs and realities.
Kristina understands that well-organized administration and accurate community health databases are essential foundations for designing effective program interventions and monitoring their impact. She also believes that public health is not solely the responsibility of women, but requires the active involvement of all family and community members.

Her extensive experience as a field staff member and health program staff at Yayasan SHEEP Indonesia has strengthened her expertise in community empowerment and advocacy programs. Through this experience, Kristina has led various Emergency Response (ER), community empowerment, and advocacy programs as a Project Manager, ensuring that all stages of the program management cycle are implemented effectively, participatively, and sustainably.
Some of the projects that form part of her professional track record include:
- Project Manager, Sustainable Self-Reliant Local Food Systems Continuation (2024–2027), focusing on strengthening self-reliant local food systems in Mentawai Islands Regency, Kupang Regency, and Sabu Raijua Regency.
- Project Manager, Sustainable Self-Sufficient Food in Local Communities in Mentawai Islands, Kupang and Sabu-Raijua (2021–2024).
- Project Manager, Emergency Response – Central Sulawesi Earthquake (2018).
- Project Manager, Emergency Response for Responding to Drought in Raijua Sub-District, Sabu, East Nusa Tenggara Province (2017).
Kristina also served as a commission coordinator within Yayasan SHEEP Indonesia:
- Empowerment and Advocacy Commission (2021–2022)
- Climate Change Commission (2023–2025)
Currently, Kristina serves as the Institutional Secretary for the 2026–2030 term. In this role, she is responsible for supporting institutional administration and strengthening organizational policies to ensure the effective implementation of YSI’s programs and organizational mandate.
