Fauzi Yuliarahman
Fauzi Yuliarahman is a social worker in the field of disaster management and a graduate of the Social Welfare Study Program at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University (UIN) Yogyakarta. He has more than five years of experience in humanitarian work, particularly in emergency response, rehabilitation and reconstruction, and disaster risk reduction programs in Lombok. Fauzi was also involved in the emergency response during the 2020 Merapi volcanic eruption.
Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Staff
To support his work, Fauzi has skills in graphic design and spatial data management, with proficiency in CorelDRAW, Canva, and Quantum GIS (QGIS). He also has experience in project management, community organizing, activity facilitation, and program financial management. These competencies strengthen his role in humanitarian action, disaster risk reduction, and community empowerment. Fauzi also holds a Social Worker Certification issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
Currently, Fauzi serves as Disaster Risk Reduction Staff at Yayasan SHEEP Indonesia. In this role, he is responsible for managing disaster risk reduction programs, developing programs and networks related to disaster issues, and facilitating community-based disaster risk reduction activities. During his time at Yayasan SHEEP Indonesia, Fauzi has been involved in managing disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation programs in Central Sulawesi and West Nusa Tenggara.
