Our Team

Since 2018, Deta has been actively working with Yayasan SHEEP Indonesia in various civil society organization strengthening programs. Currently, she serves as the Secretariat Bureau Coordinator while also contributing to the management of leadership scholarship programs for change and NGO capacity development initiatives across various regions in Indonesia.

In addition to her experience in program management, Deta has also served as a facilitator and co-facilitator on themes such as Organizational Development (OD), human resource development, organizational evaluation, GEDSI, project PME, as well as SPHERE and CHS humanitarian standards with various civil society organizations.

Deta has strong skills in partner communication, project resource management, training facilitation, data and information management, and building collaborative working relationships with diverse partners. With an adaptive and continuous learning approach, Deta is committed to supporting organizational strengthening and empowering communities to become more resilient and critical.
