In July 2021, SHEEP Indonesia Foundation built 15 permanent housing units in Bangga village that built in two stages of time.The construction of phase 1, has been completed to build nine permanent residential units and has entered the final stages to install electrical installations and painting houses.While the other six HUNTAP units have achieved development above 60%. For the construction of 10 permanent housing units (Huntap) that entered stage 2, currently there has been a measurement of the location and installation of the patok.
Some of the obstacles faced by the shelter team is high rainfall resulting in roads around muddy construction sites so that truck transporting materials is difficult to get to the points of the construction site and communication constraints due to differences in the use of language and also the process of distribution of materials that are hampered due to many beneficiaries who are in the garden.Ibu Mona as one of the beneficiaries wants synergy between YSI and the village government to expand and increase residential development because it has great benefits for villagers.
Bangga village permanent housing development program is part of the earthquake-resistant permanent shelter program through the REFALINA project initiated by the SHEEP Indonesia Foundation and in synergy with local residents.
