On the period of March 2006 until August 2008, SHEEP had done rehabilitation program entitled Community Based Rehabilitation on Health and People Economic Post of Tsunami and Civil Conflict in East Aceh supported by EED-Germany. The Rehabilitation program was the continuation phase after the emergency program perceived. Program Implementation in field had begun from March 2006 with the existence of transition from previous program (Emergency) supported by AFSC to new program (Rehabilitation) supported by EED. During transition periods between March until the beginnings of May 2006, beside personnel transition, SHEEP also moved its field secretariat office to Langsa City. Earthquake occurred in Yogyakarta on 26 May 2006 also influenced the intensities of program implementation in east Aceh as SHEEP policy organization decided to stop program implementation in all program areas for one month and focused in family evacuation and YSI office, which was broken because of the earthquake. Therefore, program implementation in field intensively started in July 2006.
