The areas of capacity buildings recognize transformative learning process from developing human talents to creating value system of sustainable non governmental organizations. In facts,there is a misperception of building capacities of NGOs from the above mentioned statement to typical understanding of developing human resources through series of trainings. Most of partner organizations interpret their needs on capacity building in terms of pragmatic skill improvement.
