SHEEP Indonesia Foundation or known as Society for Health, Education,
Environment and Peace is a Not-for-Profit
and Non-Government Organisation whose mandate on people´s empowerment on
Health, Education, Sustainable Environment and Peacebuilding. Those mandates has been articulated through various program
in
VALUES AND ORGANIZATION PRINCIPLES
SHEEP Indonesia Foundation is
built on commitment to be on the side of those who are powerless and poor
through humanitarian services as manifestation of social solidarity by highly
committing to the values of equality, integrity, simplicity, and inclusiveness
defined as:

Equality: the community who involved in SHEEP Indonesia Foundation is the human
with their embodied dignity that should be respected, and are active in every
organizational process, both internal and external organization.
2.
Integrity:
respect highly the commitment in values and organizational principles, and are
responsible for every works/decision, and is consistent in performing actions
between values and the praxis of principles.
3.
Simplicity: behaving attitude which are not trapped in life styles of consumer
living and hedonism for always optimizing wisely the available resources and
facilities in every level of SHEEP Indonesia Foundation works.
4.
Inclusiveness: perform non discriminative attitudes regardless ethnic, religion and
other backgrounds in the praxis of humanitarian services for the people.
Positive thinking and have sensitivity that our existence is determined by
others.
Realizing our limited capacity,
we are open to build networks with other organizations of the same shared
values. Internalizing our values in our daily practices, we refer to the saying
of the late Albert Einstein: "Only Life Lived for Others is a Life Worthwhile".
In
implementing the organizational management in every level and area of works,
either personally, collectively, while we are together with the community,
SHEEP Indonesia Foundation apply these principles bellow:

giving true information to stakeholder who needs it as it is in the commitment
and agreement.

implementation of programs in every levels and work area.

: always consider sustainable aspects in every program

Non violent : always consider discussion with the democratic spirit
in solving problems in every level of works and the area of works.
